Product Selection and Inventory
1. How do I search for the product I want?
Use the search bar at the top of the website to enter keywords, or use "Product Categories" to filter by brand, price, specifications, and other criteria.
2. The product shows "Out of Stock". When will it be restocked?
For out-of-stock items, click "Notify Me When In Stock" and enter your contact information. We will notify you as soon as it becomes available.
3. Can I pre-order products that are not yet released?
Some products are available for pre-order. Please refer to the "Pre-order Information" on the product page to confirm the arrival time and payment methods.
Orders & Payment
1. How can I modify an order after placing it?
If the order status is "Pending Payment" or "Processing," you can contact customer service for assistance with modifications. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be changed.
2. What payment methods do you support?
We accept credit/debit cards, third-party payment (e.g., Apple Pay), and ATM transfers.
3. What should I do if my payment fails?
Please check if your card information is correct or if your account has sufficient funds. If the problem persists, please contact customer service or try another payment method.

1. How is shipping calculated?
Enjoy free shipping within Hong Kong for purchases over HK$500. For orders under this threshold, a fixed shipping fee will be charged based on the delivery area. For details, please refer to the "Shipping Policy Page".
2. How long after placing an order will I receive my items?
Regular orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery to remote areas or during holidays may be delayed. The actual delivery time will be subject to the logistics notification.
Returns, Exchanges, and After-Sales Service
1. How do I apply for a return or exchange?

✓ Please return the product in its original complete packaging.
2. How long does it take to receive a refund after returning an item?
✓ Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days after confirming the product is undamaged.

3. What if the product is defective or damaged?
✓ Please take photos immediately as proof and contact customer service within 48 hours.
✓ We will provide a free exchange or a full refund.
4. What is the return period?
