  • Hong Kong SAR, China: Enjoy free standard shipping for orders over HKD500 after discount; a HKD50 shipping fee will be charged for orders under HKD500.
  • Macau SAR, China: Enjoy free standard shipping for orders over HKD800 after discount; a HKD80 shipping fee will be charged for orders under HKD800.

    Delivery Coverage Information
    We provide standard delivery service to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and most outlying islands. However, some remote areas are excluded, including but not limited to: Tai Long Wan, Lo Wu, Tai O, Siu Ho Wan, Po Toi Island.

    Order Delivery Information
    Delivery Address: The delivery address must be a valid street address; delivery to PO Boxes is not possible.

    Single Address: Each order can only be delivered to one address. If you need delivery to multiple different locations, please submit separate orders for each address.

    Delivery time is 1-2 business days (for orders confirmed before 12 PM HKT).
    During promotional periods, public holidays, or special circumstances (such as extreme weather events), delivery times may be extended.
    Additionally, although we strive to avoid it, items you ordered may occasionally be out of stock. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.
